Exchange, Returns and Refunds

At The Jewellery Bazaar, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re here to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You inform us within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

Note: We don’t offer exchanges for reasons like change of mind or personal preferences (e.g., size, color).


Return Policy

Currently, we do not accept returns for imitation jewellery due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Refund Policy

A full refund is issued only if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product.
  • We are unable to deliver your order.
  • The product is out of stock after payment.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Please email us at jewellerybazaar01@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 97243 91890 with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear product photo
  • A short reason for exchange/refund

We will guide you through the process.

 

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refund, only exchange (if approved).
